Sarasota National

Sarasota National is a 2400 -acre community with an amenity-rich lifestyle and an 18-hole championship course with a pro shop. With 1,300 acres of nature preserves, 350 acres of lakes, wetlands, and open space Sarasota National offers a beautiful tropical setting. Part of Wellen Park in the West Villages District, Sarasota National boasts a total of 1,584 homes. 800 Single-family Homes are nestled within the beautiful golf and country club portion of the community. Here is the golf membership required. Sarasota National and Boca Royale are currently the only golf course communities in Wellen Park. Gordon Lewis designed the 18-hole Audubon International Signature Sanctuary certified course. Of course, the golf course is the main feature of the community; however, the list of amenities does not end here. It has a driving range and chipping and putting greens. A well-equipped pro shop is part of the golfer’s universe as well. Amenities include a clubhouse with bar and dining facilities, zero-entry heated resort pool, lap pool, spa, outdoor tiki bar, tennis, boccie and pickleball courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, coffee cafe, and more. Sarasota National is thoughtfully designed for versatil and casual living and formal entertaining.

In the golf section, your golf membership is included in the HOA fee. There is also a section of the community dedicated to residents who love the surroundings but either don’t golf or just want to play occasionally. This section has no mandatory golf fees attached to your home.
