Karin is the client-facing force of Bay Breeze — a licensed Realtor and Broker with over 20 years of experience specializing in international buyers, relocation clients, and foreign owners navigating the sale of their U.S. property. Bilingual in English and German, she brings a rare combination of real estate, mortgage, and FIRPTA expertise that gives every client a distinct advantage. Her warmth, integrity, and deep knowledge of the Rotonda Area market have made her a trusted partner for clients from across the globe.

Jan is the creative and operational backbone of Bay Breeze. As Operations Manager and Marketing Director, he ensures the business runs with precision and purpose. An FAA licensed drone pilot (sUAS certified) with a passion for photography and visual storytelling, Jan produces the stunning aerial and ground-level imagery that makes every Bay Breeze listing stand out in today's competitive market.
