Pelican Pointe Golf and Country Club is one of the premier golf course communities in Venice, Florida. One section of Pelican Pointe offers attached villas. In addition to the resort-style amenities, residents can enjoy their own neighborhood pool. The villas back up to the golf course, lakes and preserve. They are owned fee simple.
