Learn more about Rotonda West Pebble Beach

Pebble Beach was the second area developed in this master-planned and deed-restricted community of Rotonda West after Oakland Hills. However, don’t rely too much on the name. If you want to go to the “beach,” don’t go to this Rotonda Neighborhood. The real thing is 5 miles away.

The Pebble Beach Neighborhood comes with a Golf Course

The Pebble Beach neighborhood sprang to life in 1984 and has continued to develop over the years. Sparkling lakes, rolling greens, beautiful canals, wide open spaces, and lush native landscaping made this neighborhood an excellent choice to settle in. And there was another asset added to the new community: The Palms Golf Course winds through the neighborhood. It is the second 18-hole par 72 championship golf course in Rotonda West.

There are still Lots available in Pebble Beach

Pebble Beach mostly features mid-size homes. Bigger than the ones built in Oakland Hills but still not equal to the homes built in the newer sections of Rotonda. In the 80s and early 90s, homes were not as big as they became in the 2000s. Although, we are not talking about “tiny homes.” They are usually 1,800 to 2,200 Sq Ft in size and come with a two-car garage and usually a pool. There are still single-family and some multi-family lots available in the neighborhood.
