Rotonda West Broadmoor

Driving along the Rotonda Cir, or Boundary Blvd., Rotonda Broadmoor sits at the 5 minutes after the noon position. Like Pinehurst, its Neighbor to the west, Broadmoor is also centrally located to all the action. It is a comfortable drive to beaches, golf, and other outdoor recreation.

Most Homes are from 1990 – 2000

Broadmoor was the third section of Rotonda West to be developed. While most mid-size homes are from the 1990s, the newer homes, built in early 2000, are larger. Three-car garages are very common in newer homes. Many homes offer breathtaking lake, canal and preserve views. 

Rotonda West’s Community Center

Broadmoor is also home to the new 8,000 sq ft community center with meeting rooms and a community kitchen. The 160-acre park features a set of several lakes and walking trails. 

Broadmoor has a Golf Course

Broadmoor is also built around the 18-hole Pinemoor East Golf Course, an 18-hole course in the center of the community. You can expect 3,700 yards of excellent golf from the longest tees. 2004 was the year of the opening celebration.

Like all the other sections of Rotonda West, Broadmoor is a deed-restricted community.
