Pinebrook South

Pinebrook South is a desirable mature community in Venice, with a great in-town location. The 250 acre community with city water and sewer, paved and curbed roads, sidewalks, 25 acres of lakes, recreation facilities boat ramp and dock, clubhouse with community pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts, nature trails offers something for everyone. 

The large Pinebrook South community was built in three-phase within the city limits of Venice, Florida. It first started construction in the late 1970s and then continued to be built out through the 1980s. The homes in the incredibly popular community range from 1,200 to 2,500 square feet and they have between two and four bedrooms. 

Real Estate in Pinebrook South

All single-family homes are sitting on nicely landscaped lots with beautiful lake or greenbelt views. Some properties are even situated along Curry Creek. Prices are starting in the mid $200’s and go up into the high $300’s range. 

Across the road is the Pinebrook Park that features fitness trails, tennis courts, croquet fields, and ball fields. There are two excellent golf courses close by as well.
