The gated Ventura Village community consists of both single-family homes and paired villas. The size of the homes and villas ranges from 1,500 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Newer 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms homes are available in Ventura Village. The paired villas are maintenance and worry free. The section with the Single Family Homes have low HOA with you choosing your landscape company. I you want you can take care of your own yard.
