Neighborhoods

The Oaks Club has three different neighborhoods, and all property owners are members of the Club:

Oaks Clubside consists of approximately 370 homes sitting on half-acre or larger lots.

Oaks Bayside contains 173 lots and was the first part of The Oaks Club to be developed. There are still lots available with no deadline for when one must be built.  A few properties are situated on Sarasota Bay with their own boat dock. There is also a community day dock.  

Oaks Preserve is a gated community with different types of residences including ranch-style villas, two-story townhouses, and six mid-rise luxury tower residences called the Meridian.
