Milano is an affordable gated community built by Neal Communities in Nokomis, Florida. It is an active community with a clubhouse, community pool, activities director, dog park, as well as bocce ball and pickleball courts, and has this distinct Mediterranean Style. The average homeowners association fee is are moderate depending on the size of the home and attached villa. There are CDD fees. Milano is pet friendly and permits a reasonable number of pets.
