A licensed real estate Broker, Jan currently operates in a voluntary inactive status, channeling his energy into the operational and creative side of the business. As the company's Operations Manager and Marketing Director, he oversees the systems and strategies that keep Bay Breeze running at its best.
Jan is also an FAA licensed drone pilot (sUAS certified), bringing a professional and creative touch to every property listing. From stunning aerial footage to ground-level photography and videography, his work showcases each home — and the beautiful Rotonda West area lifestyle — in its best possible light. His love of photography and visual storytelling gives Bay Breeze listings a distinct edge in today's competitive market.
