Stoneybrook at Venice is a gated, planned community that features almost 900 homes across 600+ acres and has its own nature trail and butterfly garden. A protected nature preserve, the Jelks Preserve, is also close to Stoneybrook.

This family-friendly, resort-style community opened in 2004 and offers custom-built homes on spacious homesites.
