Rotonda West Long Meadow

Rotonda Long Meadow features Large Estate Homes on spacious lots nestled between lakes and the Long Marsh Golf Course. The Long Marsh Golf Course has 27 holes and spreads through Rotonda White Marsh and Rotonda Long Marsh. The fairways meander through 450 acres of natural Florida beauty framed by native pines, oaks, and palm trees. It is Rotunda’s newest Golf Course, and Golf enthusiasts worldwide come to play at it. 

Low density

The entire area of Rotonda West is low-density, with many nature preserves and open spaces. The larger, stately homes are primarily from the mid-1990s through the 2000s. Many retired year-round residents live in the Rotonda Long Meadow section. However, some homes are used as vacation and investment properties. Like the other Rotonda Communities, Long Maedow is also deed restricted.
