Sandpiper Key is located less than half a mile from Englewood Beach, nestled on 15 acres of beautifully maintained grounds. Most Condos have assigned under building parking space and building elevators.In addition there is a private storage closet off the parking area, which is a great place for beach chairs, fishing gear and tools. One of the buildings  the condos have garages. The condos on the backside of the building have sweeping views of Lemon Bay.
