Beach Front Homes
With a captivating coastline that stretches from Anna Maria Island south to Boca Grande, you’ll find a place to put down your roots if you want to see the Gulf of Mexico from your living room window. From lively to serene to casual beaches, this is truly a beach lovers’ paradise. The warm turquoise waters, the white sandy beaches, and the picture-perfect sunsets make the West Coast of Florida a unique destination if you are looking for a Beach Home.
Do I need to be directly on the beach?
Well. that is a question you need to answer first. Waterfront is pricy, and homes directly on the water are not in abundance. If you don’t need to be directly on the beach, but you’d love to live at least near the beach, check out all the Barrier Islands for properties a little further away. Start your search for pool homes, condos, and villas here and find out what is available. There are many properties within walking distance of the beach. On some islands, you can use your golf cart or e-bike to get to the beach. That is cool, too.
Less Crowed Islands:
The further south the island is located, the less crowded and unspoiled the beaches are. Anna Maria can be pretty busy during the season, while Don Pedro or Gasparilla Island is not so much affected by the influx of snowbirds.
