Karin, originally from Konstanz, Germany, moved to Englewood in 2000. In the early 1990s, she and her husband, Jan, traveled to Florida and were captivated by its stunning beauty. She worked for 15 years as a pharmaceutical sales representative in Germany, representing companies such as Glaxo Smith Kline and Solvay Pharmaceuticals. Her extensive sales and marketing background has proven invaluable in her current career in real estate.

After immigrating from Germany to the United States in 2000, she worked for a prestigious Immigration Law Firm in Sarasota. She gained valuable experience throughout her tenure but strongly desired to work for herself again.

In 2003, Karin acquired her real estate license. In addition, she obtained her mortgage broker license and started her own mortgage broker business.

Karin, a licensed Realtor/Broker for over 20 years, co-founded Bay Breeze International Realty with her husband Jan in 2013. Karin and her spouse reside in Rotonda West. They enjoy kayaking, biking, gardening, and practicing yoga during their free time.
